Our Position on AI
Innovation Dreams Strategic AI is an AI-native business. AI is not a feature we bolted on. It is the core of how we operate, how we build, and what we sell. We use AI tools daily to produce faster, higher-quality work for our clients.
We also believe that AI used without transparency is a liability. For you and for us. This policy exists to be direct about what we do, what we don't do, and what protections are in place for your business and your data.
Our stance: AI is a tool. The judgment, strategy, and accountability behind every deliverable belong to a human. We are not a prompt-and-paste shop. We are a strategy and build operation that uses AI to do better work, faster.
How We Use AI in Our Work
Research and Analysis
AI assists with market research, competitive analysis, content audits, data synthesis, and pattern recognition. This accelerates the research phase without cutting corners on the strategic conclusions we draw from it.
Content Production
AI is used to draft, structure, and refine written deliverables including strategy documents, reports, copy, and frameworks. All content is reviewed, edited, and approved by a human before it leaves our hands.
Systems and Automation Builds
AI assists in designing, building, and testing automation workflows, integrations, and technical systems. Code and configurations are reviewed and tested before delivery.
Internal Operations
We use AI for our own internal operations including scheduling, note-taking, research, and administrative tasks. This does not involve client data.
Quality Control
We run deliverables through multiple AI models as part of our quality review process before delivery. This is a stress-test, not a replacement for human judgment.
AI Tools We Use
We use a fleet of AI tools depending on the task. These include but are not limited to:
This list is not exhaustive and will change as the AI landscape evolves. If you need to know which specific tools were used on your project, ask. We keep records.
Your Data and AI Models
This is the section that matters most to most clients. Here is exactly what we do and do not do with your information when AI tools are involved.
What We Do Not Do
- We do not submit client data to AI training pipelines. Your business strategy, audits, financials, content, or any other confidential material is not used to train AI models.
- We do not share client materials across client engagements. What you share with us stays in your project.
- We do not use client information to build secondary products or services. Your data informs your deliverable. Nothing else.
What We Do
- We use AI tools under terms that prohibit the platform from using submitted data for training on enterprise-tier and API-level access where available.
- We are selective about which AI tools receive sensitive client materials and apply the principle of minimum necessary exposure.
- When a deliverable requires processing sensitive information through AI, we use anonymization or abstraction where possible before doing so.
Note on third-party AI platforms: We cannot guarantee the behavior of third-party AI platforms beyond their stated terms of service. We choose platforms with strong data protection terms and use API access over consumer interfaces where sensitive data is involved. If you have specific data handling requirements, tell us before the engagement begins so we can accommodate them.
Human Accountability
AI does not sign our name to anything. Every deliverable that leaves IDSAI has been reviewed, edited, and approved by a human. We take responsibility for what we deliver.
This means:
- If an AI tool produces something inaccurate or inappropriate, it is our job to catch it before it reaches you.
- Strategic recommendations are not generated by AI and handed over. They are developed by a human using AI as a research and drafting tool.
- If a deliverable has a problem, we own that problem. "The AI did it" is not an excuse we accept from ourselves or from anyone we hire.
AI-Generated Content Disclosure
IDSAI delivers AI-assisted work product. This is not hidden and is a core part of our value proposition. We use AI to produce higher quality work faster than would otherwise be possible. Every client who hires us understands this.
If you have a specific requirement to disclose AI involvement in content you publish or distribute, that is your responsibility. We can advise on disclosure best practices, but compliance with platform rules, legal requirements, or professional standards related to AI disclosure in your industry is on you.
Our Evolving Practice
The AI landscape changes fast. Our tools, processes, and standards will evolve. When they do, this policy will be updated to reflect current practice.
We monitor changes in AI regulation, platform terms of service, and industry standards as part of how we operate. We will notify active clients of any material changes to how we handle their data.
