Booking & Cancellation Policy
All services require payment in full at the time of booking. Your spot is not held until payment is received.
Cancellations 7+ days before your scheduled session: Full refund, no questions asked.
Cancellations less than 7 days before your session: 50% of the booking fee is nonrefundable. The remaining 50% is refunded or applied to a rescheduled session.
Exceptions are made for documented medical emergencies and acts of God. Life happens — just reach out.
